Shipping Policy

Weekends, Bank Holidays, Public holidays & Eid do not count as “working days” for ALAÏNA and therefore will not count as processing days.

At ALAÏNA LONDON, we are committed to providing efficient and transparent shipping services to our valued customers. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to understand our processing times, delivery estimates, rates, and international order details.

All orders are final. We do not accept any cancellations following order confirmation as all orders are handmade to order and will begin being processing from the moment your order is placed.

Processing Time:

  • All orders placed on our website typically require a processing period before they are dispatched as each piece is specially handmade to order. This time frame allows us to ensure the quality of the products and prepare your order for shipping.
  • ALL PRODUCT PROCESSING PERIODS ARE NOTES IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Domestic (UK) Delivery:

  • Once your order is processed and ready for dispatch, domestic deliveries within the United Kingdom typically take 2-4 working days to arrive at your specified shipping address.
  • The shipping rate for orders within the UK is a flat fee of £5.99.

International Delivery:

  • For international orders, please allow up to 14 working days from the time of dispatch for your items to reach their international destination. The actual delivery time may vary depending on your location and local customs processing times.
  • Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout, taking into account the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order.
  • PLEASE BE AWARE THAT SOME COUNTRIES ARE SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS & TAX FEES - IT IS ADVISED THAT YOU CHECK YOUR COUNTRIES RULES WHEN IMPORTING FROM THE UK PRIOR TO ORDERING. CUSTOM & DUTIES FEES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RECIPIENT

Order Tracking:

  • All orders will receive a Shipping confirmation email to confirm dispatch.
  • International orders are guaranteed to have a Tracking Number provided to track status of shipment.

Important Notes:

  • The estimated delivery times are based on working days, excluding weekends and public holidays + EID.
  • Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions or other events beyond our control. We will do our best to keep you informed if there are any significant delays.
  • Please make sure to provide accurate shipping information to avoid delivery issues.

Pre-order Policy

  • Pre-ordering allows you to secure an item from our collections before it's in stock and ready for immediate shipment.
  • Please note that pre-order items have a 4-6 week turnaround for dispatch (unless stated otherwise).

    Changes to the Pre-Order Policy:

    • We reserve the right to make changes to this pre-order policy as necessary. Any updates or modifications will be reflected on our website.

    Please note that we are not responsible for parcels once dispatched. Tracking numbers will be provided upon dispatch - should there be any issues, you may contact the courier/raise a claim with them.
